SHIPPING & PROCESSING + TAT

The Wooly Cactus Wholesale LLC provides $10 flat rate shipping on all US orders. UPS can be selected at checkout for an additional fee. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may be impacted by staffing shortages, weather or other instances. Shipping times are not the same as processing times. The Wooly Cactus Wholesale LLC is not responsible for insuring your package during shipping. Route Shipping Insurance is automatically added to each order and heavily advised to purchase at checkout. Once your package is scanned in by USPS or UPS it is no longer the responsibility of Wooly Cactus Wholesale LLC. All files & claims need to be made with Route ( if purchased) or USPS / UPS themselves. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim or click here to start your claim with Route Shipping Insurance.  We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.

-All RTS freshies and mini freshies have a 1-3 business day TAT. 

-Any pre order freshies will have the TAT listed in the product description.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays or shop vacation (listed in the banner at the top or bottom of the website. Information can also be found within the Facebook group)

-TAT begins the following business day after your order is placed.

* All orders placed to Canada or outside of the continental United States are responsible for all shipping,  border fees and extra charges. 

​EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

 Wooly Cactus Wholesale LLC does not accept the exchange or return of any freshie. All sales final.
  •  If a freshie in your order oversells, that freshie will be replaced (substituted) with another in stock freshie of the same shape but different scent/color  based on availability. If the shape is completely sold out, you will receive a s refund at the time of shipping.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.  
  • Weather may impact freshies. In colder weather freshies may not seem as strong because the outside temp isn't releasing the oils . Turn on your car heather and allow the scent to release as your car warms up. Freshies may not last as long in warmer weather because the sun is constantly releasing the fragrance. This is normal!

Incorrect Address Disclaimer 

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address at checkout.  The Wooly Cactus Wholesale LLC is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses.  If returned to us the buyer must pay shipping costs. Shipping costs need paid within 7 days of return or your order will be forfeited with no refund, store credit or exchange. If you notice the address is incorrect, please contact us with the correct address as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, if the order has already been processed we are unable to make the change. All orders include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order
address.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
